Day 1

Meal Description
Breakfast Poha with peas and peanuts, served with a glass of milk or buttermilk.
Snack Shankarpali or kothimbir vadi.
Lunch Bhakri with varan and batata bhaji, accompanied by koshimbir.
Evening Snack Fruit chaat or roasted chana.

Breakfast Upma with vegetables, served with a glass of milk.
Snack Aloo tikki with chutney.
Lunch Chapati with chole and a side of sabzi.
Evening Snack Murmura with spices and chopped onions and tomatoes.
Dinner Pongal with sambar and steamed vegetables.

Day 3

Meal Description
Breakfast Sabudana khichdi with peanuts, served with buttermilk.
Snack Banana or apple slices with chaat masala.
Lunch Puran poli with ghee and mixed vegetable raita.
Evening Snack Dhokla.
Dinner Thalipeeth with butter, served with dal fry and steamed greens.
