Day 1 Poha with peas and peanuts, served with a glass of milk. A small bowl of mixed fruits. Chapati with vegetable curry and a side of curd. Methi thepla with yogurt. Puran Poli with a glass of milk.
Day 2 Upma with vegetables and coconut chutney. Sprouted moong salad with tomatoes and onions. Rice with dal and bhindi fry. Bhel puri with peanuts and sev. Vegetable khichdi with papad.
Day 3 Sabudana khichdi with peanuts and lemon. A glass of buttermilk. Misal pav with a side of salad. Banana or apple slices with peanut butter. Bhakri with baingan bharta.
Day 4 Dhokla with green chutney. A handful of roasted chana. Chapati with aloo gobi and curd. Homemade vegetable sandwich. Vegetable biryani with raita.
Day 5 Idli with sambar and coconut chutney. Cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus. Rice with kadhi and a side of bhaji. Khandvi. Stuffed parathas with a glass of milk.
Day 6 Chivda with a glass of milk. A small bowl of yogurt with honey. Vegetable pulao with cucumber salad. Vada pav. Moong dal chilla with green chutney.
Day 7 Pitha with coconut filling. A bowl of mixed nuts and dry fruits. Chapati with paneer bhurji and salad. Baked sweet potato fries. Seafood curry with rice.
